The processing of the collected data is carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) and other legal provisions applicable to electronic commerce.The processing of personal data by us is basically for the purpose of fulfilling the contract with you within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO or to protect our legitimate interests, in particular our accountability to financial authorities, our interest in optimizing our websites and advertising within the meaning of Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f GDPR. 10. special provisions regarding our software solution:
envivo sells a software solution that enables licensees, i.e. envivo's customers, to manage data, send content and evaluate recipients' reactions to this content, among other things. envivo processes the data transmitted by the customer as a commissioned data processor in a cloud solution, but as a matter of principle does not itself access the data entered by the licensee, insofar as it has not been commissioned to do so by the licensee by way of commissioned data processing. You can find out whether envivo has such authority by contacting the respective licensee.
The responsible party for the data managed via our software solution is not us, but the respective licensee.
Since personal data is also collected by our licensees, questions regarding the content should be directed exclusively to them. The licensee may also have one or more privacy policies.
