envivo sells a software solution that enables licensees, i.e. envivo's customers, to manage data, send content and evaluate recipients' reactions to this content, among other things. envivo processes the data transmitted by the customer as a commissioned data processor in a cloud solution, but as a matter of principle does not itself access the data entered by the licensee, insofar as it has not been commissioned to do so by the licensee by way of commissioned data processing.
